migliorata la resistenza ed il limite di fatica, allungandone significativamente il ciclo di vita.<br \/><strong>La tempra ad induzione \u00e8 preferibile<\/strong>, rispetto ad altri trattamenti termici con riscaldamento in forno come ad es. la\u00a0nitrurazione, per:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50d762c vantaggio di non avere praticamente limitazioni di forma e dimensioni dei pezzi da lavorare, applicabile su singoli particolari fino a grandi volumi , associato ad un considerevole risparmio energetico derivante dall\u2019immediato riscaldamento (grazie all\u2019induzione) di specifiche e limitate zone del componente da trattare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div la\u00a0<strong>tempra ad induzione<\/strong>\u00a0consente di raggiungere profondit\u00e0 di tempra molto maggiori e senza richiedere tipologie di acciaio specificatamente dedicate, in quanto \u00e8 basata sulla trasformazione strutturale del materiale e non conseguenti ad una reazione chimica come avviene, appunto, per la nitrurazione (in questo caso innescata dall\u2019assorbimento forzato di azoto).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59f2923 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"59f2923\" data-element_type=\"container\" propria del processo di tempra ad induzione la rendono, rispetto alle altre lavorazioni meccaniche, una fase costruttiva temporalmente piuttosto \u201cagile\u201d: in pochi passaggi, basati sullo studio del disegno meccanico e dei requisiti richiesti, \u00e8 possibile formulare un preventivo concordando le condizioni di fornitura ed i tempi di consegna, questi ultimi generalmente nell\u2019ordine di pochi giorni ma, in casi urgenti, anche di 1 solo!<\/p><p>Nel servizio che offriamo come Termostahl, infatti, grazie ai molteplici impianti installati e alla flessibilit\u00e0 dell\u2019organizzazione produttiva, \u00e8 possibile assegnare specifiche priorit\u00e0 e pianificare il trattamento sul primo macchinario idoneamente disponibile, agevolando quanto pi\u00f9 la richiesta del cliente.<br \/>A tal proposito, per particolari situazioni e pezzi meccanici difficilmente trasportabili, sfruttando e le caratteristiche d\u2019installazione\/dimensionali di alcuni nostri impianti,\u00a0<strong>possiamo eseguire il trattamento di tempra anche \u201cin loco\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0presso la sede costruttiva del cliente, spostando l\u2019impianto di tempra e le attrezzature necessarie.<\/p><p>Il know-how acquisito, il supporto all\u2019analisi dei costi\/benefici gi\u00e0 in fase progettuale, accurate verifiche di fattibilit\u00e0 e sopralluoghi dedicati ci data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il trattamento termico della tempra ad induzione consiste nel rapido riscaldamento della zona da rinforzare, ad una temperatura sopra il punto di austenitizzazione dell\u2019acciaio Ac3 (900\u00b0 \u2013 950\u00b0), nel mantenimento a tale temperatura per un opportuno tempo di omogeneizzazione del materiale e nel successivo veloce raffreddamento (con getti d\u2019acqua o di altri liquidi refrigeranti), al fine di consentire la trasformazione desiderata.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1820d40 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1820d40\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-457e4da partenza di diventare completamente austenitica senza superare soglie di criticit\u00e0.
